Traditions of Rob Roy in the Killin area.
Rob Roy scratched his name on a window of the old inn in Killin. A descendant of his from Ayr bought the window in the 1950s. Rob Roy lived for a while in Glen Dochart, about nine miles from Killin. The gable of the house is still [1964] standing. He changed his name to Campbell when the MacGregor name was proscribed.
