Summary

The Scottish Legal Society looking for people not connected with the law to deal with complaints submitted against lawyers.

The Scottish Legal Society needs help from people who have no connection with the law. These people will be required when complaints are submitted against lawyers. The reason is that concern has arisen that lawyers defend each other rather than dealing with the complaints. Iain MacIver explains the whole matter, the type of person they need and the hours they will work every month, voluntarily at present.
