The Western Isles Health Board has awarded the Dr Kerr trophy to Chrissie MacRae for her work with the infirm and disabled, on a voluntary basis, over many years. She says she had no expectation of an award and had not been looking for such a thing. She simply wanted to help people and be of assistance.
