Summary
Ba' Games in Orkney.
Every Christmas and New Year the people of Kirkwall on Orkney take to the streets to play the Ba' Game. Angus MacLeod, who was Chief Constable of Orkney, tells about the dangers of this game (with up to a hundred people on each team) and the tradition and culture that surrounds it. It is said that the Vikings brought the game to the islands.
