Brief account of a story about a witch hare and a cruel trick played on a child.
Mention of a story about a supposed witch, one of two sisters, in Helen Galloway's mother's time. A small boy had been told that his mother was a witch who could turn into a hare, and when he saw a hare being shot at, he cried out to it to run: "Rin, Mammy, rin!"
