Summary
How the women of Barvas made cheese at the sheiling.
The contributor remembers the women of the village making cheese at the sheiling in a box that was a foot high and a foot wide, with holes in it. They would put curdled milk in the box and the whey would drain through the holes. This made a very hard cheese.
