Summary
How Gilleasbaig Dubh was killed when coming to plunder Mac 'ic Ailein.
Mac 'ic Ailein owned a lot of land and some would come with boats to plunder. A man was keeping watch on the beaches for any boats. He saw a boat in-shore and went to investigate. The boat belonged to Gilleasbaig Dubh, who said he was coming for Mac 'ic Ailein's cows. He took them to where they supposedly were. They went across the hills and rocks and as Gilleasbaig was trying to work out where he was, the lookout hit him, and he fell to the bottom of the rocks, where he died. He went back to the village and told them he had killed someone for trying to steal. Mac 'ic Ailein sent an army of his people to look for the others, who, on seeing them coming, made for their boat.
