Summary
This is a fragment from the ballad 'Am Bròn Binn' [The Sweet Sorrow], sung as a waulking song. The section of text sung here tells how the King of Britain saw a beautiful woman in a dream. Sir Gawain promised to go and find her. He sailed for seven weeks and two months before arriving at a dark grey castle.
