Summary
A woman's Love song. A woman praises her beloved of the beautiful locks, but she is saddened that he has not kept his promise to her. She promised that she would not choose an old nobleman, that she would not drink from the loch but from the spring. She worries that he has joined the king's army and that she will not be able to free him from those bonds, but she bids him farewell and hopes that he is able to choose a suitable girl.
