Summary - In this song a man is asking his beloved Mary if she will go with him wherever they are sent. They are being evicted by the factor and must leave. The bard says that he is over sixty years old and that he has grey hair. The people will be evicted and sent all over the country, and he thinks that it is a great injustice. Those who have cattle and sheep will get land, but the poor will get nothing.
