Summary - Whisky-making.

Whisky was made from barley, which was soaked and then dried. The still was comprised of copper pipes called the 'worm'. The remains of some stills can still be seen today [1971]. Mention of a place where whisky was made: Sruthan Ghlac na Dunach.
