Summary
A man who stole nuts prevented two men stealing a newly buried body.
A poor man stole vegetables every Saturday night. One night he stole nuts and stopped in the cemetery to eat them. Two men came to steal a newly buried body.
The ghost of the newly buried man appeared to the nut-stealer. The ghost told him that he would be forgiven for stealing the nuts because he had kept the bodysnatchers from taking his body, but he told him not to steal any more. He stopped stealing from gardens and the other men stopped bodysnatching.
