Summary
The work of Scottish Natural Heritage.
A conversation with Peigi Màiri Nicholson, an officer of Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH). The organisation has been going for five years and does work for the Government throughout Scotland, with local boards meeting to establish policies. There are diverse kinds of people on the boards, with a variety of views and expertise. It has no legal powers itself, but provides advice and information to anybody that is involved with the environment. Its main aim is to protect the environment.
