Summary
'Dòmhnall Glas', his son and 'Pòl na h-Èireann
Three Harrismen came to North Uist to plunder. Dòmhnall Glas's son killed them on the shore at Corunna. The contributor tells on which croft they are buried. A woman's husband was killed. She had one son. She fled to Harris with the boy. The Harris people used to taunt the son about his father's murder. When the lad was aged about 17, he came with fourteen people and killed 'Pòl na h-Èireann' near the old Kilmuir Church. That place is called 'Leathad Phòil' to this day.
