Summary
Kenny and a certain Mr Jasper.
The contributor's brother Kenny used to work on yachts at one time. On one occasion he was asked to go ashore with the dinghy to pick up a certain Mr Jasper. Whilst he waited for Mr Jasper to appear, Kenny went to do some shopping. He returned to find a tramp in the dinghy. Kenny tried to remove him, but soon discovered that this in fact was Mr Jasper. Thankfully, Mr Jasper was deaf.
