Summary
A story about a woman who helped Jacobites.
A story about a woman who helped Ross-shire men who were imprisoned in London after the 1745 rebellion. Many years before, the same woman had been helped by a Ross-shire man when she was caught in a storm while pregnant. When her child was born the man killed a horse and put the baby inside the carcase. He then got help for them. This happened in 1715.
A brief history of the role played by Ross-shire folk in the 1715 and 1745 rebellions.
