Summary
Betsy Whyte sings fragments of Robert Tannahill's song 'The Braes o Gleniffer' in which the singer recalls happy times with her sweetheart and remarks how different things are now with him gone to war.
Bryce Whyte comments that the air is the same as that of 'Busk, busk, bonnie lassie', a Perthshire song.
Betsy confirms that most of John Whyte's children are in Aberdeen, but at least one is in England.
