Summary - Sabbath observance on Fetlar; a religious revival.
People who took Sunday communion seriously did all their work on a Saturday so as not to break the Sabbath, and even fasted on a Sunday. Jeemsie Laurenson remembers a minister sending an invitation to both churches on Fetlar to attend an evangelist sermon and the church being packed. This religious revival created great excitement for some weeks.
