A woman leaving for America was saying goodbye to relatives before boarding the ship. She met a man who told her the boat would have sailed before she reached. She replied that it wouldn't go anywhere until she was on it. When she went aboard, the anchor, which the crew had not been able to raise, lifted without any difficulty.
