Summary
Balephuil was known as Baile nam Bàrd [the town of poets] because there were so many good poets living there. The contributor discusses some of them. He sings a song composed by a son of Rev. MacDougall, about a dog who lost its eye. Rev. MacDougall composed many hymns.
