Summary - Accompanying traditional songs; folk club audiences.

Stephanie Smith Perrin comments that some people do not like traditional songs with too much accompaniment, and asks if Cilla Fisher has ever had any negative reaction to her arrangements of songs with keyboard, accordion and guitar accompaniment. She has never heard any such reaction, although people did not like the arrangement of Ewan MacColl's 'Fisher Lassies' that she and her husband recorded with piano on one album.

Discussion of the labelling of folk music and traditional music. Speculation as to why folk clubs attract so few young people.
