Biography - The choir was founded by Donald MacIsaac(ID 7662) from Jura. Donald MacIsaac was an accomplished and popular concert singer in the 1950s and 1960s. He was married to Mary MacMillan, one of the MacMillan sisters from Mull. He owned the Durward Hotel in Ayr. The choir disbanded when Mr MacIsaac died in the mid 1960s.
