Biography

Member of the Dundee branch of the Scottish Country Dance Society. Trained from 1913-15 as a gym teacher at Dunfermline College of Physical Education. Worked in Berwickshire, then came to Dundee and taught at Morgan Academy and Stobswell School, and latterly at Harris Academy, where her sister taught modern languages. Joined the Women's Educational Union, and was put on the committee. Trained as a teacher of Scottish country dancing at Park Place.
