Summary
A story about a bet between a Scottish drover and an English one. The English drover said that he knew of a dumb man who could outwit any Scottish schoolmaster. The Scottish drover rose to the challenge and said he would find a worthy opponent. They agreed to meet in Edinburgh. The Scottish drover, worried that he would not find his man, happened upon a miller who said that he would take the Englishman on. They met, and through clever intuition, the Scotsman won.
