Biography and family history of the Misses McGaw.
When the Misses McGaw were growing up, the family at Several consisted of their parents, themselves, and latterly an aunt. Their parents died young in 1918 and the girls farmed for a while with the help of an uncle. Talk of other members of family, including McGaw uncles who went to Chile. Having been taught Latin at the school, now demolished, in Kirkmaiden, they had no problem with Spanish.
