Summary
Wigtownshire gamekeepers and poachers.
As boys working at Several, Jimmy Broadley and Malkie [?] went poaching rabbits with stones, but by the time the gamekeeper found them, they were polishing the harness in the stable. Description of the territories covered by different keepers. The poachers would beat the rabbits into long nets fixed on gates. They also used wire snares, pinned into position.
