Summary
Red-berries [?]
There are not many red-berry [?] trees left now. The contributor was about seven years old when he first went to pick redberries. People stopped going to Kallin to pick them when the crofters moved there. The redberries were eaten raw. The ones that were steeped in the loch were sweeter and softer. The contributor's mother made jam with them.
