Summary
A comic song dedicated to Wendy Wood in recognition of her protest at the Post Office issuing a commemorative stamp of William Shakespeare, but not doing the same for Robert Burns. Wood sent a letter to the Prime Minister with a home-made Robert Burns stamp affixed, thus requiring him to pay postage.
