Summary
The appearance of ospreys at Loch Gartan.
Neil Campbell talks about the appearance of ospreys at Loch Gartan. The first pair came back on the first day of April, and they are now sitting on the nest. Many people come to see them. Ospreys have been coming to Loch Gartan since 1954 and it is possible to identify which of the birds have returned as they have been tagged. There are nests scattered around the area and unfortunately some people try to steal the eggs.
