Summary

A humorous song in which a man meets a beautiful girl beneath the Marble Arch in London. They court for a short time, before she eventually runs off with a Horse Marine. The singer vows that if they ever meet again, he'll give her a ring, though rather than put it on her finger he'll "stick it through her nose".
