Summary
The bard tells of his grief at the defeat of Charles Edward Stuart at Culloden. He lists the clans who were absent on the day and gives details of the battle. Lord George Murray is accused of taking bribes. Some of the clans which suffered heavy losses are listed. The bard hopes that the wheel of fortune will turn and that Prince William will get what he deserves.
