Summary

In this comic song, 'country chiel' Geordie Weir from Dalry has a day out in Glasgow, only to be robbed by a girl he meets. With no money to get back home, he wanders around the streets, until a chance meeting with a friend helps him find accommodation in the 'model lodge', where he spends an eventful night.
